Refund policy

    • Items that show signs of use, are not in their original packaging, or are explicitly marked as non-returnable will not be accepted.
  5. Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be initiated within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
    • Refunds will be processed via Jazzcash, Easypaisa or Bank Account
  6. Exchange Policy:

    • Exchanges for a different size or color are allowed if the requested item is in stock.
  7. Damage Reporting:

    • Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with photographic evidence.
  8. How to Initiate a Return:

    • Contact customer service to initiate the return process.
    • Provide order details, reason for return, and, if applicable, evidence of damage or defect.
  9. Return Shipping Instructions:

    • Properly pack the item to avoid damage during return shipping.
    • The company will provide a shipping label for free returns. For customer-initiated returns, customers are responsible for arranging shipping.
